    Newbie...

Hi all...After years of saying im going to get my bike license i finally did it in October i went through the Direct Access course and passed it first time.So knowing zilch about bikes i looked around and liking the trail look i finally opted for a pre regd 07 (0 miles on clock) Transalp in Black, ive only done 230 miles on it as the weather isnt the greatest but its sitting in the garage the now waiting for the sun to appear (i know im a cissie)

    Cheers.

Congratulations, you'll love your new bike, and they do look great in black.

And to be honest, leaving it the the garage whilst the weather is like this is a smart move for someone with limited experience. You can (enjoy ) winter riding next year when you've racked up some miles .

Take care and keep it shiny side up

Hiya welcome to the site, great choice of bike and everyone knows that the black ones are the fastest.

As far as leaving it in the garage, to be honest the transalp will cope with any weather you want to throw at it, I know mine does. Theres lots to be said about riding in all weathers it really does improve your overall riding skills.

I bought my first bike in November and have riden every day since (except for a month or so in the summer cause I knackered my knee)

    Have fun and stay safe

Edit: just seen the piccies it looks very shiney
