XL700V swingarm question

Do any of you guys out there with the new Transalp happen to know if the swingarm is the same as that on the 650 Model? Mostly thinking in terms of the alignment holes for the chain guard.

Hi Raven, by looks alone, I'd say is the same.



If you've after the chainguard from Romatech with the 'Transalp' cut-out, they used to list them for the 650 a while ago. E-mail them, they will respond in English.

I too thought it looked the same, but Romatech just emailed me back saying it will fit only the 700 . I'm gonna wait and see if they got any of the 650 ones left...
