Givi screen on XL 700

Bought the high screen from Givi for a litle better vind protection. Its creates so mutch turbulense that my head is realy shaking ?? Any body tried the high Honda screen ? (i am 1.90 m)

Taller windscreens are known to cause turbulence and side winds. i think i will stick to the normal windscreen, as i have heard these complaints from many people now...

I too have bought the Givi screen and experienced the same problems. IMO Givi have just rushed something onto the market without testing it properly.

Shame really, so its back to the original screen and an e-mail to Givi!

I have the Honda screen.....one word sums it up for me ....EXCELLENT. I am only 5'6" if that has anything to do with it. It also come with two small rubber type deflectors that attach to the front bodywork. Hope this helps.

also how long have u had the original screen and was it that much of a difference when u installed the taller one?

1.68cm. I ordered it when the bike was new. I had a test ride on one with normal screen but this is better. Hope this helps.

sure it does...

how fast do u go with non diturbing air..?
like with mine i go up to 130-140 km/h, after that the wind is strong..
