You are going to have to explain a bit more

are they new weights complete or new weight ends
    or old ones being replaced

There are loads of after-market weights available but the fittings are all different for bars from 11-21mm

They're basically a nut and bolt with rubber tubing in the middle as the nut is tightened the rubber expands and sits tight in the hollow handlebar ends.
If you can get weights with same screw fitting just screw them in but it might be quicker ordering new from ebay, louis, or one of the other websites ist unfortunately trial and error there is no guarantee they will help they can make it worse, eliminate everything else before you spend money,
ie tyre condition pressure, carb settings - balancing, tighten everything down, remove the weights and ride without you may need lighter ones, fit a crossbar DIY or bought

i don't feel the vibrations, but when i releas the handlebar, then it jigles left-right a bit.i heard that bigger weights will solve the problem, and it is better protected and looks better with them.

Check the threads below. Under "handlebar end weights" /Africa Twin/goldiefish, check reply #19. There you can see a picture of the standard handlebar end weights. It's two 200 g pieces of steel inside the handlebar. If weight matters, that's a lot more than you'll ever be able to screw on the outer end of the handlebar.

i would like to leave the original weights, and put some exterior weights.is it possible?i saw that original weights have a hole in the middle about 4mm,but all weights are with bigger nut and rubber on it.maybe i can put out that nut,and put some thinner nut that can go into original weight?did someone tried it?or is there to by weights with nut that goes into original weights?
