    Question 650 Muffler

Hi all, I know this is a noddy question.

The muffler has rotted, coming home last night checked out the muffler could not believe the hole , and the finances are running low.

I have spent hours searching the net for a replacement and getting no where fast apart from http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/bsm-exhausts/ and i'm not sure which one is the right one.

Done a search on the forum and came up with a MIVV system.

Basically I need helppppppp, which one should I go for and where can I get a replacement muffler.

Many thanks for setting me on the straight & narrow (i hope )

A new Honda replacement is going to be about 170 quid from David Silver or an aftermarket BSM can (also from DS) is about 200 quid.

If money's tight, why not try a breaker search service like:

    http://www.partfinderuk.co.uk/

When my RH radiator sprung a leak, I posted a search and got 3 phone calls from different breakers within a few hours. I ended up with an almost unmarked replacement rad for much less than the price of a new one.

    Re: 650 Muffler

I was planning putting an original on ebay, my 2007 TA came with an Arrow aftermarket unit but I also got the original one, never really lookedat it, but I think is the last section ie the silencer twin outlet pipes etc.
I guess I'm open to offers.
    I could get some photos
