Been out today with my lad for a good run as a shakedown for the end of the month and see if he can hack a long trip on the TA. Reasonable, I think would be the comment, but he did start to get envious of my Airhawk, so I may try the sheepkin cover that I have seen referred to her on XRV! The dry bag with the sleeping bags/mat was much appreciated as a back rest.

What did gobsmack me was just how much effort was needed when stopping the old girl when 2 up and laden! Almost caught me out when braking for the roundabout on the A5 Shrewsbury bypass from a speed close to the legal limit ... I can see we both need to lose a few pounds PDQ
