Unfortunately, Transalp rear wheels are about as common as hen's teeth. Most people end up looking for one on ebay, but there are not a lot of them about. The other option is to get the wheel rebuilt with a new rim. Now, there's places in the UK to get this done, but I don't know (yet) of anyone that can do it on this fair isle. I'm sure there is, but it's a case of tracking them down.
Sorry, if this post is a bit negative - but I'm afraid that's just how it is.
