TA700 low seat problem

When I got my TA, I had the low seat fitted. Before the 600 mile service, several small spilts had appeared in the seat fabric along the edge. The dealer replaced the seat, but now the new one is doing the same thing just after 3000 miles. Before I go and raise this with the dealer, has anyone else with the 700 low seat had the same problem? Or perhaps, don't realise they have the problem yet until they look.

I had the same problem with the standard seat but only after i put it on the ground and accidentally stepped on it so it got ripped at the bottom edge.., then i replaced it with the lower seat but didnt have any problems so far-5000 kms..

I booked my TA in for its 4000 service at the dealers last Friday and raised the problem with them. They are going to replace the seat as they have had a number go, that has prompted a redesign from Honda. It might be worth checking along the edge of the seat if you have a lowered one fitted, as this must be quite common if Honda have gone to that much trouble.
