Thanks for the support Doggy, Job done and now a well earned (and I do mean well earned) beer of few!

The worst part was lining up the two side braces between fairing and the cross piece that goes across engine.. But hey thats what hammers are for

I found my brand new 89 piece socket and spanner set could have done with being 90 piece and include a 17mm spanner, but Mr Honda was kind enough to put one in the set under seat( only took me an hour to remember it was there)

Shame that I chose one of the Hottest days to attempt it, well not for me, but the neighbours and children soon ran inside from their gardens when the swearing started.

Pics I promise as soon as I've found a camera to borrow.

It's nice to see that someone else apart from me uses the "shout & swear at it" technique

I think the swearing came as part of the tool kit (honest, it said so in the instructions) shame a 17mm spanner didn't.. that would have saved a few!

    Cheers once again.

Fitting a chain oiler and giving the bike a wash was about all I was good for this weekend...

...and having a few beers from the fridge...
