    Paint for Blue V1 Transalp

    Guys has anyone used touch up paint like a small aresol fae halfords or the like an what colour best matched the Blue Transalp. ???? or what is the actual colour, >>>>>???? in Honda Paint,

    The paint code is on a sticker under the seat, it can also be found on the inside of the fairing, as raised lettering.
    YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

    If it is the same blue as my 2002 it is PB296M Moody Blue. I had a nightmare finding it anywhere forget halfords... I finally found it in an ebay store called BIKECOLOURS http://stores.ebay.co.uk/BIKECOLOURS very helpfull phoned them up he had it £20 including lacquer...

    Any 'serious' car paint shop will mix you the paint when you say it's Honda motorcycle Moody Blue. They've got the recipe in their books. Think of all the cars there are on the road, no one can carry all those colours and shades in store, they mix them to order.

    I got a 'fingernail varnish' bottle for 7 euros and a small spray can for 15 euros and the colour matches perfectly.
