YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Problem with the Transalp is it uses capless bulbs.
The unit is brighter and Lighter than standard, plus it uses less power.

You should have got the 600 TA,

    mine takes conventional bulbs

    well there's progress for you

I dont think the weight and power saving is worth £50, but if you dont have the option of a led bulb, you stumped.. My main reason for the upgrade to LED was reliability and robustness... filiments fail and its one you dont notice right away.. £5 for the bulb.. wasted the other £45 quid on Beer
