I'm really struggling to obtain any response from Graves (czech republic) to try and obtain some crashbars for my 650 TA. My thoughts are now about having some made. I've a very skilled friend (car bodywork repairer / builds trikes (show winning ones) etc etc) who will make some I'm sure. I'm not in the Uk at the moment but will be home in a few weeks. My idea was to try and obtain some bars 'on loan' from a fellow TA owner to save time and expense of setting out the mounting points then making some custom designed bars. My additions to the standard set up would involve some metal work near the headlight so a grille headlight protector could be fitted and auxillary lights mounted if required. I'm thinking along the lines of the BMW R100gs PD. The bars once made can be sprayed to match any requirements I'm sure. I would obviously pay all the costs incurred and guarantee their safe return in the same condition as received.. I expect to return the loaned bars in a week to ten days. The cost of these bespoke bars would be much more reasonable I'm sure and available to all once the original design has been set out.

Anyone fancy loaning me some for a few beer tokens? The knock on is if anyone else on this site would like some they could be made from the ones I'll have set out. The work will be to a very high standard.
