    Lower front engine mounting bolt

    Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what size the lower front engine bolt size is for an 88 TA. As previously said got my crash bars and the supplied bolt wasn't long enough, i need a 130mm but don't know the diameter, been to the scrappy (as suggested) but no joy, going to have to by one but need size, is it an M8 and does it have to be hi tensile?

I think it is high tensile.
As a rough guide the nut is 4mm bigger than the shaft so an m8 has a 12 head.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
