Pickt up my bike yesterday after the 12.000km service.
Did mention upfront that the right plastic trimcover on the tank was lose.
Also about a month ago the bike suddenly "smelled" like gas ,even houres after a drive. Went to the dealer ,they removed the tank and saw that the fuel pipe was not correctly folded under the tank. They set it right and ordered a new one witch was installed today.
Before i heard several prices (high and low) for this first "big" service from other owners around the world and i must say that i can live with the 256€ i had to pay. Comes down to 79€ for parts (oil, filter ect) and the rest for labour.
Sounds correct because it takes a while to strip and rebild the bike.
Valvesetting of course is the mainkey because they have to take the bike half apart. Tree valves needed a slight resetting.
Further all was okay.
Replace bike this time (after two times a CBF600) was a Hyonsung 650 with almost 15.000 kms.
I was really glad to be on my TA again.
Naked bikes are a different world!!!.
