TA 650 restrictor dimensions?

Sorry to do this, but my internet at home is down so I'm currently at a library which have given me 20 minutes net time which I'm halfway through and haven't found an answer, so I don't suppose anyone can tell me the dimensions of a TA 650 restrictor washer? I've heard that on the 650 it's actually replacement rubbers, which may be an issue. I'm wanting to do a bodge job of restriction (i.e, avoid paying £150 for the kit) but it's tricky to decide whether this is doable without knowing the dimensions or specs of the restrictor kit.

I'm sure someone will have the actual dimensions you need.... but surely you need the certificate confirming the machine's restricted.. and it's this that costs!

The restrictor is built into the moulding of the carb to head rubbers,i think someone on here has an old set put a wanted thread up and you should get a response
