    increased handel bar vibrations.

    hi all,
my 650 v2 transalp has developed a very annoying handlebar vibration . leaves the right hand with pins and needles after only 30 mls ride at about 4-5000 rpm, never did it before.

The only thing I`ve done recently is adjust the stearing head bearing as requested at the mot, stearing fine no tight spots etc.

Any idead what to do or check bike only done 24,000mls and usually runs sweet and smooth,

It could be the carbs have gone out of sync and the engine needs a tune-up. This can produce a vibration.

    hi all,
thought i`d do a update, seemed to have solved the problem what ever it was by removing the bars and reseating and retourque the bolts.

before winter come will replace the cheap and usless heated grips with oxford ones so that should rule out cheap grips . ps bar ends okay and thaks for the search tips,

I get this when my carbs need sync'ing. or when i have a death grip on the bars - conscious relaxation is needed sometimes.
