Wow - thanks for the suggestion Paul

Strength is there but i get fatigued (its an all over thing & Medical Science in 4 years hasnt given me an answer ) Oh apart from"take these, take more then more & what i'm on is screwing up peoples brains from what ive read on the web so i am only prepared to take a pre-bed dose to help me in the mornings.

I will make one up & start using !!
