Transalp Wheels 87-96

Will the front wheel off an 87 Tranny fit into my 96 model. My rims are shot rotten and a pair off an 87 bike are up for grabs

You would have "silver" rims, in opposite to the 87 model that have gold rims
Yours being a 96, indicates you have a single front disc brake just as the 87 model.

(Rear wheels 87 vs 96 is not interchangeable).

wasn't sure about the front , rears a no go peraphs I'll get the 87 rim laced to the 96 hub , unless someone has a swap .

the rims i was offered were cr** anyone know if the xl600r front fits the Transalp
