    Tank Cover for XL700 08/09

my new tank cover. Made by a company called 'BagStar'.
I've been informed it's the first and only cover in the U.K at the moment!.

I'll post some more pictures later but....

    What do you think?

Looks perfect, Bagster make really good stuff, was going to order one for my recent trip to France but couldn't see what tank bag would suit the bike, what one have you gone for?

Have they made a bag to suit specially also?

Also, is there material under the 2 tank fairings or does it just fit around them? How does it hold top to bottom?

The cover fits around the white fairings and holds from the bottom and the sides, with one going around the top under the handle bars (without it getting in the way)

Ive got a few bags in mind from Bagster and hoping to go for a Blue and White one.
(Will post photos once I get one)

Like it more, looks well thought out, I take it the top/bottom parts also link together under the white fairing somewhere?

If it takes any of the normal bags they sell at all Im sold - need one for my DSLR gear instead of using the top box all the time. Theyve got so many to choose from!

Only thing is, mine aint gonna look half as bespoke as yours as as my bikes black - jealous of the new Blue colour scheme!! Wondor if they would ever consider doing a green/white/gold (ire) or green/white/red (Italy) in the same style as the Blue/White/Red (very UK/France). Could see it catching on in other popular countries.

Now there's something to think about.... Green/White/Red, wouldn't mind seeing that colour scheme, Might take some time in Photo Shop and see what I come up with

Once I've worked out what bag to get my next thing is going to be Crash Bars..! (not sure what ones to get??????????????)

Oh yet also seen this I think it's a must buy for the wet summers (winters) we get in the U.K

That does look like a worthwhile piece of kit.

I'm after getting one of these along with a bag. Two questions. What colour is it? Have you got a bag to go with it? I think Bagster call it Baltic Blue. I think.
