If you are talking about the Throw-over panniers, then they do fit but you have to watchout for the Exhaust.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Clint - i believe the "First Time" range are budget stuff - whereas Oxford do other types which are much better built (sport & sprint)

M&P currently have Sports/ Sprint in RED on special at circa £60 (£120 ish in other colours)

Not fancying Red ones im gonna check out Moto Detail ones at Getgeared for £60 - they are purpoted to be very good quality - if yr not in rush i can let you know soon as i am going to check them out.

    MOTO-DETAIL 40L Side Bag Set

Ref the exhaust .. i am going to try a "soldering pad" - these can be bought at Plumbers Merchants - i have one i used when installing the central heating at home , they will take a Blow Torch flame directly with no probs so hot ehhaust shouldnt bother it Will need to "hang it" off the saddle somehow but much better protection than the built in heat resistant parts normally fitted to throw overs
