Yes i think the topbox is worth buying.

Also a floating mount and lost so far only one of the plastic boltcaps.
The strings witch holds cover when open are crap ,replaced them with two small cords.

Plenty of room inside ,I even keep my 1,5 kilo heavy ABUS disclock in there by bolting the carrying bag to the back.

The inside mat is not included ,costs like 35€ but good stuff.

On all my longer camping trips so far i managed with only the top box and a 45 liter softbag behind me.

As for the Honda panniers ,i don't have them because there way to expensive for the room they provide ,750€ for 2X 29liter.
I'am thinking to buy the Givi's E21 ,thats 2X 21 liter and strong rack for also 350€.

    Enjoy

Mine came with a mat and straps.

Just remembered one negative with the top box and panniers: the retaining cords (that stop the lids opening too far) pull apart where the cord is looped and braided back on itself. The dealer replace the top box cords with Givi moulded plastic straps. When the first pannier cord failed I replaced it with nylon cord and I used aero-modelling hinge glue to work into the loop braiding of the 3 remaining cords to stop them pulling apart - so far it has worked.

Are we talking about Alu look? In Warwickshire you get empty box, but in London you get straps and mat, and in Luxembourg you get straps only, hmmm.
