Rear indicators

Hi,
I need to change the rear indicators on my Transalp 600 m reg they have perished at the mountings, any body know if replacements are availiable or alternative types you would recommend. cheers AF

Try David silver or M and P, Ebay Plenty of them out there.
I got a set from the bike show last year for mine which were smaller to avoid my panniers but the bulbs were 10 watt. This meant swapping the flasher relay for an LED version £3.00 off ebay.

you need the same as africa twin ones don't you look on ebay there's normally dozens on there.

Had to change one of mine recently got it from WEMOTO
Honda XL 600 VM/VN/VP Trans Alp 91-93 Indicator Complete Rear Left
(Now see E-bay prices shoud of got it there)

Good luck with unbolting it. Mine was a nightmare to get apart.

Thanks for your help, i checked out all these links but none of them are like my original ones, i would prefer original parts so i guess il need to go to my honda dealer.
P.S that is assuming that the ones on my bike are the originals. lol. AF

Maybe someone can tell me hole diameter for rear indicator mount on xl650?

It looks a bit like this:



Slot is 10mm tall, small hole dia 12.5 and large hole (highlighted by a red circle because it's a little tricky to see) dia 21mm.

I got some nice shorter (less vulnerable) indicators from Touratech UK, for my '03 650 Trannie, 10mm thread diameter, 21Watt; look in their Shop online, search box in top left hand corner of first page, type in part numbers, 040-0204 and 040-0205, there you go, £12.00 odd each +VAT and carriage. I think these are the ones they supply for use with Zega Box panniers.
