    Yepp ! everything is bolted down good now. No reoccuring problem .... odd ! didn't seem so loose - it maybe was the corrosion on the switch terminals ah well, out we go again for bumpy ride and see what gives (probably the knees )

    You say the Main fuse terminals were furred up that could be the cause.
    All electrics need to be kept clean as part of the service and inspection, although not always listed in the manual.
    YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
