On the rear cylinder, it's on the left hand side - it's the vacuum take-off for the vacuum fuel tap.

The front cylinder connection is on the right hand side and it's the vacuum take-off for the PAIR system.

ie the grey pipes that connect into the inlets just before the heads.

This is for a 650 right?

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

    Re: cARB bALANCING

I am assuming a 650.....Two thinpipes from each carb. Left side goes to fuel tap, right side goes to the pair device. Disconnect each pipe at the carb end and attach your vacuum gauges. Don't forget to reattach after else it runs very badly.

    Good luck

For the 600, the rear cylinder has the vacuum line for the fuel pump and the front cylinder has a blanking plug in the same relative position. Or at least, that's what Mr Haynes says.
