600 Crash bar pics/views wanted

Hi Folks, really enjoying all the 650 bar pictures and comments, any chance we can do something similar for the older models among us, real life pics are infinatley better than the tweaked ones on some manufacturers websites.

check out the albums, this is under 17" wheel on a transalp shows the MOTAD bars ( this is the good side.. mild Stella rash to the paint on the bars on the otherside as I dropped the bike tiwice on that side comming of thwe mountain

get yourself a set with ready applied battle scars, make the bike look used and abused, or well travelled

Just wish you had that link to the 2nd hand MOTAD bars a few years back when i had to get the new set from Germany at vast expense.

My first Trannie (back in 98 had motad bars, just forgotten the make for a while)

Nice link to the slightly 'weathered' bars on Flebay, anyone know if the 87 bars will fit a 97 bike (my current Trannie)

And thanks again for all the pics (Titch you must have nearly as many pics of your bike as I do of mine!)

Update: Well I've put an offer in to Flebay and we will see, the Motad site stuck all models from 87-97 together so we shall see (altough I recall Lord Stig doing some sterling work to tweak them on to my last one)
