650 rear wheel for 600?

Hi there, does anyone know if a 650 Transalp wheel would fit a 600? My 98 Transalp has the dreaded rim rot, and Iv'e found a 650 rear wheel. Any advice?

i think you will find they are a straight swap. best to try before you buy if you can.
well done finding a wheel,i ended up buying a complete bike to break just to get a wheel and some odds and ends.

I can confirm its a straight swop, i have a 650 wheel in my 600 after i discovered the dreaded rot the dealer actually changed it for me. alex.
