Legislation forces Honda to add baffles to the cans to meet emission and noise regulations. If you remove them then the bike will be how the engineers, who worked on the development of your bike, designed it. The guys who worked on the engine didn't say "and what will make this engine better is an exhaust with baffles in it". It will surely sound better and run better.
