Im thinking of building a center stand for my 'alp. has anyone done this? can anyone supply me with some plans or drawings that i can work from?

Made my own a few years ago, I just wanted a way to get both wheels off the ground for cleaning and chain adjustment and rear wheel removal in case of a puncture.

The stand I made is very basic it cannot be left on the bike, but it fits in seconds and I carry it with my gear if I go touring, I guess it all depends on what you desire/need what I can say is its been invaluable to me cost me about £7 in material (a bit cheaper than honda!)

Sorry I cannot give you any accurate drawings or dimensions as I simply hung the bike in the air and built it as I went along.
