Hi everyone. Some advice please. My wife is bored with riding her Virago 535 and having just completed a 4000 mile trip through some of Africa on a Honda C90, she is looking to try an adventure tourer. In case she doesn't like that style of bike she is loathe to spend out on the F650GS on which she can get her feet almost flat when it is fitted with the lower seat. She sat on a Transalp the other day but it was far too tall for her. With the seat doctored and a lowering kit (if one is available) how much lower can you get a 600 TA? Thanks Ron B

You will definatly get some advice about lowering on here but I will leave it to those who have done it as I am the other way round --- had to move the pegs to get my knees into the 650 fairing!

Just want to say honda 90 a fine machine we did the national rally back in 77 I think it was bikes of all sizes - a man on a 90 won the competition outright.
