Went to order a folding brake lever at £20 and it is now listed at £56.98 +P&P+VAT and is on special order.
Also XRV650 and XRV750 pre 1993 do not come up on the model search lists so you need to search by part number for bits for these bikes.
I notice that the parts lists show different style of lever from pedal to master cylinder for XL650V and XRV650/750 (RD03/4) see below.

Its too wet/windy to go to garage and crawl under bikes too check that the parts pictures are correct.

Hinged lever arrived today, collected it this afternoon at local dealer, honda part number 46510-ms8-000. Got them to go onto the ordering system and check again and now showing as not in stock, where ever that may be, Uk? Europe?

Wont be able to say if it fits for a while, my transalp is out in southern spain, going to collect it next
month, will let you know when i get it back.

I've now fitted my pedal. It is part number 46510-MS8-000 and fits perfectly. It is longer than the original and is also further out from the case than the original. It feels perfect.

When fitting, don't try to line up the dot on the pedal shaft with the dot on the "part 14" from the fiche above. You will need to purposely mis-align them by approx 3 splines to bring the pedal to the correct height. You'll see what i mean when you compare the new one with the old one. The dot is in a different place on the AT one.

Fitted my hinged brake lever (off EBay) this morning, fiddly getting the footrest plate off/on, needed a few attempts to get the pedal correct for me, the original was a bit high
Needed a 24mm socket (3/4" drive )which would not fit my torque wrench (1/2" drive) but 15/16" was tight enough on the nut to torque it up
Noticed the Honda workshop manual has a number of mistakes, wrong page in index for the rear pedal and labeling incorrect, have noticed this a number of times I assume the manual is translated from Italian and the numbering not sorted in the index.
Not as much care appears to have gone into this manual as some earlier manuals sourced from Japan?
