O dear. I'm seem to have opened up a 5 year old can of worms! Didn't realise this last night! Anyway I find the comfort fine for a 250 mile run (just not in one go, which would be inpossible anyway). Anymore than that and I think I'd be tempted with the airhawk or the like. M&P do a cheap one.
