Heated kit

-4C here this morning. First opportunity to give my Gerbings kit a proper shakedown test. I've got the jacket liner (inside a Heine Gericke Voyager jacket), and heated socks. Absolutely excellent - I wasn't merely 'not cold', I was well toasty.

The socks are fantastic. I've got one of the dual controller thingies, so I can turn the socks down until feet feel a little bit chilly just so that I can experience the joy of turning them back up again!

Heated kit is a must for winter riding. I have been using WIDDER kit for years. A waist coat should be sufficient.

Yes I bought some heated gloves a few weeks ago and they are miles better than heated grips.
In fact I will never bother with heated grips again I don't think!
