I am interested in riding down for part of the trip. Do you need a Carnet for Morocco?
I have a transalp which is not geared up for off roading (perhaps its the driver).

By "import" do you mean permanently import? Or just visit then ride it home? You don't need a carnet for a visit. You will have to record your vehicle at the border (used to be green form?) and you'll need that record for when you leave.

If you plan to import permanently you may have to pay import duty. Check with the Embassy/Consulate in London
