Internal bags for my Alops Hard Luggage

    Hi,

Can anyone suggest some good internal bags for my Alpos 38 ltr and 41 ltr hard luggage? I don't want bags that fill the whole boxes but ones I can use to segment my kit. (e.g. books/maps, electricals, toiletries + medical, paperwork, camp-cooking kit, etc.) I'll probably keep clothes, tent and bedding in 100ltr duffel on back of bike so trying to find smaller, dividing bags for boxes. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Ollie

When I had Alpos boxes I used two Tescos freezer bags. Cheap, ideal and could be used to keep the beer cool.

To put stuff in separate bags, try the Eagle Creek Pack-It Cubes - not expensive and Eagle Creek stuff is normally pretty good quality

These are, naturally, the same items that Touratech sell for double the price.........

hein gericke used to some fairly reasonable pannier inner bags. 2 different sizes large just about fills my 40litre panniers and small goes in sideways 2 to a pannier so are probably about what you are looking for. Trouble is i don't think they do them any more - I can't see them in the 2009 catalogue anyway but worth an ask or ring round their stores.

Found a craicin waterproof(ish) bag from a company called Exped - fits well into most side boxes from Givi etc - approx 40L and designed with a wide fit so you can access it in situ.

    Exped Dry Bag Wide

Exped also make fully water proof bags etc that work well for bike travel. Some great tents too.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
