The only xrv in the village (Poole Quay)

Well, what better way to spend a nice warm evening than ogling bikes with a mountain of chips on Poole Quay? Bit disappointing to be the only XRV in all that. Coulpa Tiggers, coupla Katie M's, a few BMW's (one iwth Rugged Roads sticker on its boxes) even a TransAlp but I was a crowd of one. Are we so few?

Still a nice evening. Nice line up of classic bikes.

You wouldn't want to be riding a bike that's... common, would ya?

Shame you were the only one. There's usually quite a few AT's at Poole Quay.

We were going to go, but a fuel pump change was required before we go to Italy on Friday.

When i bought my AT in 93 it was the first of the new shape ones the dealer i got it from said only 18 were being imported that year as there was no demand for big trailies and i had to wait 2 months to get it well worth the wait and a good feeling knowing i was one of so few That year tho DS bikes seemed to really take off every man and his dog seemed to have one kind or other in 94
