    Re: Tiger Exhausts

I've a carbon can company one on mine, with a removable baffle. Definitely gives the bike a bit more of a roar, better still, the race mapping to the ECU gives the bike a good bit more tug! As Shaun says, around 7 to 8 BHP up, and a sound to die for!

I like mine, the sound is amazing! I put the baffle in for touring and locally carry it under the front seat. I have the standard panniers, good enough for me and a Givi topbox. I designed and made my own crash bars, looked easy enough, and they were! Tried and tested as well, stood up to the job.

My opinion, a race can makes the bike a bit more personal, and gives it the "look at me" effect. Personal choice I suppose.

    Re: Tiger Exhausts

Mine's still got the standard can on. I'll spend money on the crash bars (£180 ) before I do anything else.

I've got a produro exhaust on my DR800, it's a fully open exhaust and came with a baffle. I've only ridden it home without the baffle, after that it's been in and stayed there permanently.

I've heard things about the race exhaust, and maybe I'll look at that. First I have a 2 week romp through Scotland to finance...

    Also, this one sounds amazing:

'04 Tiger (MRA-Vario screen, Crash bars, K&N Airfilter, dual headlamp upgrade. Colour: orange, 'cause I'm Dutch, innit!)

If I fit and after market exhaust like the blue flame, does the bike have to be re-mapped?

Talk about kicking him when he's down, you could have at least given him time to start liking his bike again

    Nice!

Where was this recorded (not in the UK, unless you make a habit of riding on the wrong side of the road), looks brilliant!
