Great it worked, will get some of me on it next.....

It has heated grips, a corbin seat - they're made just down the road from here and if you call them first they'll fit it whilst you go and have lunch apparently - and has done 35,000, it doesn't have a scratch on it, I wont want to leave it here when I come back....

    I'm a very happy

    Very nice Jem....

Didn't I suggest one of these when we were at Birling Gap in the summer ?

Didn't you say they were too ugly.........?...........No ?

Poor old soul's tuning out again.......

I'm beginning to like those more and more......be interesting to hear your take on it compared with the Alp.

Shep posted (unusually for him...) some useful observations on that bike...he's got one exactly the same.

I'm happy for you Jem...be careful....

Hey Cabbie - good to hear from you.
Did I really say that?? Oops.....

Your memory is lot better than mine....

She's newer than my alp and a lot lighter when riding, much more responsive, and she's very pretty!!

Good choice. I found the 650 incredibly manouverable.

HEY!!!! don't you dis my bike!!!!
She's gorgeous and has the most lovely matching red panniers...

And she matches my jacket.... which is almost embarassing as I'm not really into being cordinated

So far I've ridden her around the San Francisco area about 3 times getting lost and then loaded her up and have just ridden down to Santa Cruz - and she handles really well, I don't even notice the extra weight on her at all.... and I really do with the alp!

Just don't tell my alp that I'm being unfaithful....

Well when in the US of A you have to be extreme so the alp will forgive you.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
