About LinkBacksKeeps blowin with ignition off not sure why dont have a manual eek.
Its the main on the starter relay big green 30 amp bugger. Strange how it blows with the ignition off though cant be much anyone else had this problem???

Well for those who are interested it turned out to be my reg rec must have shorted out blowing the main fuse until it popped completely and I was able to fit another fuse, must admit first time have seen this. Replaced unit with hi level part and away to go again.
Make note though check your unit it gets rusty (memoirs of an @t) underneath there and you would not notice worth takin it of and cleaning the rust off also replaced mounting bolts with new stainless bolts you just never know.
See what else happens now. And its only done 11000 too

Right hand side take the side panel off and you will see the reg rec.
