    Oooooops!

After all that Tank-off wrangling with my idle adjuster and replacing the choke cables and Air Filter at Sheps on Sunday, I've been thinking the bikes been running really nicely....apart from the slow idle which is being sorted tomorrow.

I was even mildly excited last night when I parked up at home and noticed my Trip had got to 189 Miles and the Fuel Light still hadn't come on. Big improvement on Fuel Economy I thought to myself.

This morning when I went out to the bike to go to work, I was just getting on when I noticed two little wires dangling down from under the tank. Doh! Looks like we forgot to hook up the fuel sensor when we put the tank back on!

Got to the Petrol Station (1 Mile from home) and peered into the tank.....Nothing at all in there! Running on fumes! Narrow escape!

Hmmm I dunno, I haven't conducted that "scientific study yet"!

Been up to 110, maybe 115, but it got a lil wobbly. Big screen and topbox cant have done me any favours! Actually, now I've temporarily got your lil "racing" screen on, I might whip the topbox off and have another go

Vara goes in in the morning to have it's idle adjuster doobry sorted....who want to hazard a guess how much Mr Honda's gonna sting me for this one?

Oh, and also guess what they're gonna give me as a loaner! I'd quite fancy one of the Tri-Colour FI Varas to be honest
