    michelin road pilots

    got these from germany via a link given to me by MR nice guy....thanks dude

    i had them fitted on saturday and after the scrubbing in was done im quite impressed the bike feels much more nimble and turns much tighter now with less effort...so far so good they seem to suit the vara well

    Iwas thinking of pilots but got a brand new set of anakees off ebay for £80 plus £20p+p ah well maybe next year.

    They really are the easiest performance upgrade available. Just wait until it rains, you'll love 'em.

    Hugger question for Mr Nice Guy

    Chad - Sorry to change your thread.....

    Mr Nice Guy.... I know you have fitted a hugger to your bike. I am about to do the same. The instructions say to remove the back wheel.
    Is this really necessary??

    I'm afraid so. If you have a centre stand it's no problem. If you don't you'll need a trolley, a lump of would and an able helper to ensure the bike doesn't topple over.

    I have the NWS hugger and fitting it was straight forward. it was just a matter of remove chain guard, rear wheel, give swing arm and shocker a good clean while you've got the chance, install hugger using chain guard mounts and supplied clamps, then refit rear wheel. Sit back and admire
