    scott oiler

    i had one of these on my rd03 im going to fit it to the vara ...could anybody tell me where i connect it on my Fi 03 model

    Let me know how you get on with this. I've had a touring Scottoiler sitting gathering dust for a few months - I'm too scared to try and fit it!

    no worries .ive got to sort out a Tpiece and some longer tube as mine came off the RD03 once ive got them im on it

    Was on there earlier. I had a look at my old kit too and appeared to be missing the T piece.

    I hope you ordered yourself some free stickers while you were at it!

    ive got a scottoiler on my triumph, the painful part was getting the bike apart so i could reach a vac line. the scottoiler was a doddle to connect.

    im changing to a varadero this month, what i want to know is;
    1. the instructions from scottoil show pics of where to put the oiler, is this a good place and is it easy to refill there? i dont mind taking the seat off to get to it but anything else is a pain
    2. can i get to the vac line in the pic without taking the tank off? if not how is the tank for getting off and on?
    3. is mr. honda a **** about scottoilers the same way mr. bloor's warranty dept is?
