vtr engine in the vara

he crash the bike..but motor ok the rest is u,s sounds like a lot of hard work but may be over the winter...me thinks heads cams airbox pistons+pipe work..u say the fueling went mad..120..have you managed to sort it out to any ware near the right mileage..what about cam chain tensioner,s VTR or VARA..as the vtr tends to be a bit week?? have you still used the 150-70-17 rear tyer.

Ross what's the exhaust like not too fussed about the end cans just want the rest, I want to lower the Dero pipes and reshape the arse for panniers, make me an offer

My projects just taken a bit of a new direction. I've just bought an sp1 engine complete with fuel injection. Gonna try and fit it into the Vara over the winter but I'll be havin a go at converting the fuelling to injection before I start with the engine.
This quest for more power's gettin a bit out of hand but I could'nt stand being out trumped by a Firestorm engine.

lol...i look forward to it my good man..sp motor sounds like a lot of work,my vara will be of the road over the winter to do the mods and sort out the paint on the wheels..let me no how u get on with sp,,,
