Scotoiler is king! Bad luck your's failing - I would contact them and see if they will replace at a discount.

    Hi Guys

I started this thread back in January saying that my touring scottoiler didnt appear to be working and sadly, despite the dealer having looked at it 3 times now, it still ain't doing anything!

I've made an appointment to go and see those nice folk at Acumen in about 2 weeks time and they are going to fit their electronic system - I'll let you know how it goes.

    Re: Chain Lubrication

I had a problem with my Scottoiler on my Transalp - had to have the RMV turned up to "9" to get any kind of flow from it at all. Persevered with it until a couple of weeks ago, when I emailed Scottoiler to ask about it.

Long story short - sent the RMV back for them to have a look at. I don't know what they did but the returned unit is now happily flowing oil on setting "5". So, a big thumbs up for Scottoiler and for getting it back to me the morning that I set off for the NW200.

Scottoiler - helpful as helpful things.

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?
