Facet pump

Hi guys
Can anybody help, just got the facet pump today only took 4 weeks but i am in France, ok went to fit it and my Vara 00, XL1000, old pump has an extra fuel line(small) on it as well as the main in/out lines and the FACET has only the two what do i do with the small one HELP!!!!!!
