I think that you'll have to give a few more details.
Does this happen no matter what the speed?
Does it happen in all gears?
etc.

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?
Einstein - Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
Does the vara have rebound springs that are fitted onto the clutch basket (perpendicular to the shaft and not parallel...) If so then these could be broken or loose..
when the bike is idleing you will hear chatter and if you hold on to the bars there is a vibration through them but if you pull the clutch lever in the noise and vibration goes away. it is not noticeable when riding the bike, just when idleing.
I noticed the same thing on mine a few years ago. Pointed it out to the dealer when it went in for a service, his reply was "Its a Honda" and told me not to worry. I haven't any problems
Every bike I have ever owned, from brand new ones to old nails, has done this. Its perfectly normal providing it doesn't get excessive, if you hear it rattling away when driving along I would call that excessive, if its just at tick over don't worry. You want to try a Ducati, then you will find out what a real cluch rattle is![]()
Thanks guys i think i will be able 2 sleep 2nite![]()
Perfectly normal. Only noticeable with standard cans on though![]()
