Scala rider q2

Hi,Can any one help ?,
My problem is that i can not hear the other person when i make a phone call using my 550 zumo through a motorola v500 & Scala rider q2.
I can hear the sat nav promps ok & allso the built in radio of the Q2,

Everything paired ok, Just no voice coming through when making a phone call, but they can hear me ok ,

I had a similar problem,
you need to re pair the phone and headset as it is sending through the sat nav.

Check that one of the four contact springs on the helmet mount has not stuck in.

Head set now sorted,

I decided to fully read the instructions which say that by pressing the two volume buttons together for three seconds will switch microphone on & off,
