I got some Plugs from Opie Oils (see discount forum) for about £8 each. Very easy to fit yourself, do NOT pay someone 150 euros to do the job. Are you sure they need replacing - they should be good for over 32,000miles.

Oil and air filters also very easy jobs. Don't pay money for these type of jobs it only encourages overcharging.

I think the only service item I will paying for on my Vara is the valves as it looks like special tools needed and may be fuel injection system if it ever needs work on it.

Yes, you can find top brand spark plugs for about £8 - £10 each. Let me check my currency convertor... (tap tap)... that's about... (tap tap tap)... €8 - €10 in your currency. I just ordered some from a business that trades on eBay.

As Austin says, don't replace until 32000 miles... that's about... (tap tap)... 50000 km.

    Re: spark plugs

I bought my plugs from MrH, never again I think I paid €60 for the pair, I had the bike stripped and tank off so walked to my dealer, the mechanic explained tungsten tipped and all that, but they are a lot cheaper elsewhere. I did not find any where over here that came close to the UK prices, so have a look on the UK sites, order the bits and change them yourself.
