Re: Fair Value?
Well, I looked, I saw, I've just bought a new VA9 Vara so no good to me!
Sounds nice, for what it is, a 2000 bike with a lot of miles. It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Honda XL1000 V-Y 2000/W Original Price£7,195Independent Dealer£2,290Private Good £1,975Private Poor £1,415Part Exchange£1,645

Re: Fair Value?
I think anything over £1500 would be ok, theres a few about the same age and miles advertised just now with the vendor asking around the £2k mark, but they don't seem to be selling. Like africajim says, it depends what someone is prepared to pay/how desprate you are to sell, good luck
