Question Vara 125 - seat height question

This is probably a daft question but anyway here goes....

I keep slipping around on the seat... is there any way to adjust the seat, maybe get it a bit higher? Also are there any stock solutions to stop me slipping around.

Any help appreciated - thanks.

The problem could be that your breeks are too slippy! I don't think there are many options for adjusting the seat height. I suppose you could get it re-covered...

Do you wear jeans or proper bike pants,

I find when i wash my bike (then dry it) this makes the seat slippy for a few days until it wears off or rains, prob cos there is a wax thingy in the soap.. i think mother care do booster seats ?

Proper gear - but of the nylon (Rayven) variety. Need to get some leather ones anyway so may be the excuse to be allowed to spend some dosh.

Just to spoil your spending spree on new kecks - wasn't there a seat cover called a "tribo seat cover"?? But, then again, maybe it was only for pillion seats...... ???

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?
