It takes a man to understand how a woman can go into a hundred shops and then buy the first thing she saw in the first shop then return it the next day

Motorbike riders are the modern day horse riders give the beast it's head and see where it takes you

A bit low for my liking but very nice job how wide are they when fitted
I love my bike but the fatarse gets me down when my boxes are mounted
handlebars 90cm panniers 110cm and H&B are wider

Hi Snapp I took the sizes from the touratech site for their Zega range
they are 95cm wide and handlebars are 80cm. I think i could have gone a bit smaller the size of each pannier is 17" X 15" X 8" which is the size for the 35lt panniers. It is prob just me but I felt like the bike was more stable with them on when rode home on monday, do you notice any diff when riding with yours on.

    Derek

P.S they will look better once i can get them painted to match the bike

    Re: panniers

No stability issues at all, even at silly speeds,

I have more probs with a topbox
I've got bodged boxes mounted on Hepco&Becker racks and they stick out too much for my liking, the boxes themselves are narrower than original H&B panniers but they seem to mount a fair bit off the bike.

Got to get some pics in its full glory

Snaphappy - I think those boxes look great bodged or not, with those, the pea shooters and the Vario it's got that Klingon Battle Cruiser look

Just remember to switch off the cloaking device before you go riding so that the muppets on mobiles can see you I swear I must forget sometimes as they just don't seem to know I'm there

I wonder if all those airhorns work and what size of compressor would be needed, not that I'm thinking of puting them on the vara
